Webex Personal Room for outlook shared calendar

Can i setup a webex personal room for shared calendar not associated with a user account.

I need a webex meeting birdge for my team shared calendar so that any one in team can schedule meeting using the generic bridge allocated to team shared calendar. 

Any help is appreciated.

Its not really best practice to have a shared account. What you can do is have one of the team members accounts setup to have everyone as an alternate host as well as scheduling permissions.
If you absolutely want a separate account, you can create one in Control Hub, however if you have SSO and directory connector in use, the account would need setup in AD first.
