Webex phone app not synced with Webex desktop app

Over the weekend I responded to some "texts" via the teams app on my phone. Those "texts" are not visible on my desktop app. I've signed out and restarted both but the "texts" do not appear in the desktop app. Ideas?

Hi Kathbarn, 

 

In the Webex App, click on your initials or avatar in the upper left hand corner click Help -> Health Checker.  If you are on a Mac, click help on the menu bar at the of the screen (Help -> Health Checker).  Scroll to the bottom of popup screen and click reset.

Try to do a reset of the account in Control Hub as the first step and then if that doesn’t solve it remove the local cache folder on your computer. Apart from this you as a Cisco employee should be aware of that you stopped calling it Teams many months ago.
