I'm not quite sure if you understand what this forum is - especially when you say
Why do we ever think they will reply or help us?
Because "they" in this context is you and me - WE are the community forum. Users. People who USE Webex, NOT the people who CREATE Webex - although you may find that many Cisco employees also spend time trying to help users here in this forum.
But that is no the end of the story - if you check out the links on the right hand side of this page, you should see something like
Where you CAN actually post messages that the product developers WILL read. And of course, when you've done a quick search, you'll find this one
