I don't know if this is the place to be posting this but I haven't been able to find anything so I apologize if it isn't.
I'm working with a user in an enterprise environment on a Win 10 computer and Outlook. Her WebEx Productivity Tools 40.8.2.1 disappeared. I had to reinstall the SCCM client on her computer first and then I reinstalled the Productivity Tools via SCCM. She also has WebEx Desktop App 40.6.8.28 and WebEx_ACL 1.0. It shows in Outlook now and she can create new meetings but she's unable to edit existing meetings.
I'm a WebEx newbie and don't know how to troubleshoot issues like this. Can anyone offer some guidance?
Thanks

Check to see if she is logged into the Webex desktop app with the correct username. Some customers have multiple sites and she may be logged into an account that wasn't used to schedule the pre-existing meetings on her calendar. You'll also want to have her manually check for updates in both the desktop app and in the productivity tool add-in to outlook.

Hi Chris,
Does the user get any error messages when attempting to edit? She may need to sign out of the desktop and back in to get the two to sync their auth token as PTools (generally) relies on whatever account is logged into the desktop app.
