I am getting an error message when trying to schedule a meeting through Outlook, and adding a WebEx meeting.  The error message reads: "The meeting duration is longer than the maximum time specified for your Webex service Web site." 

 

I have an unlimited account, so I'm not sure why this is happening or how to fix it.  HELP.

Hi @CCannizzaro ,

From your picture, it looks like you are not using the most updated Webex Scheduler. I see your Photo has the old Webex logo. Downloading the last Webex outlook integration should solve your issue. Here is the download - https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA104382035?tab=Overview

Let me know if you have any issues after getting set up with the new Webex Scheduler.
