We distributed instructions to staff to download the Webex Scheduler from the Microsoft App Source using the directions in the link below:
It was working until recently as it appears MS has made a change to their website. When we click on the link to go to the app source in the instructions (App Source) it goes to a page that has menu options and I select Download Center. Once I login, I can search and found a couple of Webex apps but not the Webex Scheduler. Has it moved or the process changed for installing it on Windows computers?

We believe MS fixed this issue as it was affecting multiple people both on company owned devices and personal devices and on and off our network. Suddenly Thursday morning the site started working again. We can now install the plugin from the appsource website again.
In the meantime, to get around the problem with not having it available, we found that in Outlook there is a "Get Add-In's" available in the menu bar at the top. Users could use this to install the app instead of using the website.

We've tried with several different browsers, cleared the cache and tried on different computers and using different WiFi networks. All of them have the same issue. The Webex Scheduler app info briefly displays on the screen and then disappears and only shows the info from the screenshot above.

Hi Kathy,
Just checking, have you gone to your sites URL > on left > Under downloads, is that how you are trying?

Hi @Kathy N.
I just clicked on the Microsoft AppSource link and it does show me Cisco Webex Scheduler. Can you refresh your page and try again.
