WebEx sizing issue

For some reason, with the latest WebEx release (Version 42.11.4.8), I cannot resize the default WebEx panel during a meeting below a certain size (approximately 1033x694 pixels). What the heck?

I am running Ventura 13.0.1 OS on a MacBook Pro 15-inch, 2018 model.
