Webex Teams and Webex Meetings

I have few questions.

1. Webex (Teams) and Meetings both have meetings capability. Why do we have two apps?

2. When attending meeting from Webex (Teams), not all the features present on Webex meetings do not appear on Teams meeting. Like emojis, chat etc., Why is it like that when both are my personal room meetings?

3. Is there any plan to merge Webex (Teams) and Webex meetings?

Yes, going forward it will be a single app as per the latest announcement:

But traditionally meetings scheduled from Webex (Teams) were space meetings which had a different feature set than Webex Enterprise Meetings.
