Does anyone know what the red icon means to the right of Anna'a name in the attached picture?

And does anyone know where I can find a complete list that details all the icon meanings?

I am not sure but looks like Anna tried starting a conversation (chat - opened a personal room / interface) with MC. However did not start the messaging.
