Webex Time Limit with Only 2 Participants

I was wondering if the Webex meeting 50 min time limit applies to meetings with 2 participants total, or if it applies to meetings with 3 or more participants.

I guess, you are referring to the specs of the free Webex-Account as it was before Corona. (host+2 participants without time-limit)

now the specs are like this:  https://www.webex.com/pricing/index.html

-> max 100 participants in meetings of up to 50 minutes each.
