Webex too slow

My webex has a big delay when I ´m connecting a meeting, when someone shows your screen or when I share. Who knows what could be happening? tks

 

PS. My connections is good and I´m using dock station.

If you are experiencing slowness internally on a corporate network I would ensure that your networking department has verified that all required ports are open for Webex traffic There is a great guide online showing what ports are required for what services.

Also, you can run the Webex app Health Checker to see where there may be issues. Click on your profile photo, go-to help, then go-to Health Checker.
