Hi there! I have a teammate who after she records a meeting, the transcript displays only one speaker for the entire meeting despite there being more than one. The other speakers' words appear but under the wrong participant. Occasionally, it does display other speakers but to the wrong participant (like its lagging). We have reinstalled Webex, reset health checker, updated her computer, reset modem, and rebooted. I've recorded a meeting with her, and it still doesn't work properly but when I record with another user the transcript reflects correctly. Any other troubleshooting steps anyone can recommend?
