What to do with recordings when leaving Webex

We have been Webex users for at least 15 yrs.  We are now moving on to another solution, the directive has come from our leadership and is written in stone.  One of the big questions is about the recordings.  We have quite a few and some are linked to items on our website.  Any ideas on the best place to store them or park them.  I assume I will have to download the ones we want to keep.  Anyone gone through this, any ideas?

For starters, see where your videos are stored - A little help for that. You will then have two options:

1. Save the videos and put them on your site as such
2. Leave your account active and videos will remain on it even though you no longer hold meetings on this platform.
