Where is the Event ID of a meeting held so you can use analytics?

To create a detailed report, it asks for the Event ID. Where do you find this number to identify a meeting?

Thanks for posting your question here in the community. Looking at the image you posted, click on the CSV that was prepared for you  and can find the Event ID as seen in the screenshot below.

 

 

Copy and paste that number in the Event ID box and push submit. You will then get your detailed report

Hi Cole,

That's a bit hidden. When I generate the *.csv files, they never have any entries in them. Is this something needed to be supported by our organizations IT department?

Thanks for the quick response. You are getting that message in the CSV because the report isn't ready yet. It usually takes a few hours if not longer to actually generate the full report.
