Where is the Q&A button for attendees?

I'm new to the Webex platform as an admin. On other platforms its relatively easy for attendees to ask questions -- there's a bit Q&A button or a box where they submit their questions. I can't find one on Webex. Where does an attendee click to submit a question to a presenter?
