Why participants cannot join my Webex meeting?

I am troubled over and over again by participants whom the Webex meeting link has been sent but they could not join the meeting.  They had been asked to update their webex application software on their mobilephone but after upgrading, they could not use webex software.  No such complaints with Zoom.  I am pressured to switch to zoom since it is gaining popularity very fast.  I am a Webex (1000) subscriber for over 3 years and am considering very seriously to switch over to zoom due to its simplicity of use unless this webex saga can be solved real soon.

You haven’t given us any usable specifics to go on here. I’m not sure what you’re hoping to get for a response?

Shooting in the dark: Webex Meetings is in the midst of rolling out a new backend and client, a long overdue improvement. If your meeting site has recently migrated over, it’s plausible that users - especially folks on mobile devices - are being tripped up by needing the newer app.
