Why Webex application maximized on one screen, will take space also from the second screen?

Hello,

I am using 2 screens and when I have my Webex maximized on one screen, the app will show couple of pixels on the second screen too. Is it possible to make the app "fit into a single screen" without manually resize the window?

This is very "annoying" especially when I am recording the "other" screen.

Kind Regards,

Well, there are for sure tons of bugs in Windows 10 (and every feature-update brings new ones...).

I would say:
The most recent version of the Webex-Client for Windows does not show this issue on a Windows 8.1-system.
But perhaps there are issues/incompatibilities/glitches on a Windows 10-device.

If Webex is the only application that shows this problem on your computer,
I dare to assume that the issue is likely caused by Webex.
How about a TAC-Case (the icon in orange) ?  https://help.webex.com/contact

Hi @Fritz_H ,

I will follow your suggestion and open a TAC-Case.

Thank you!

No such issue on Windows 8.1 Pro (see attached image).

Hi @Fritz_H ,

Thank you for your confirmation.

This means that there is a "bug" on Windows 10 Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.804)

Kind Regards,
