last March 27 my goverment invited me to a meeting but I can hear nothing and goverment did not hear me.

If you submit logs via the app, they will be accessible via Control Hub to your administrators for further investigation or if they're requested by TAC. There is no proactive response.
In case you're encountering problems, contact your administrators or the Webex support via https://help.webex.com/contact. This forum is community driven and we do not have access to your logs.
Is your issue still present or was it solved meanwhile? What exactly did (not) work?

I just know if cisco will put attention n my reclaim, or cisco only give and ID number just for collect numbers without give solutions to reclaims
