Teams Unknown User

I have been trying to get teams to work but it keeps calling me a Unknown User. Why is it doing this? I just want to be able to get in without problems!

Were you able to follow this to check https://help.webex.com/en-us/nvs03bq/Webex-Teams-Update-Your-Display-Name whether your name can be changed to the correct name here?

no, I can't even get into the app without it Kicking me out
