Can anyone help me please. My 87 year old Mum has been using Webex for Meetings on her Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 since March 2020 in order for her to keep in touch with her church community (they have meetings at least 3 times a week). This has been her lifeline as she has been shielding due to the pandemic in the UK. Since the app updated she was no longer able to use the app so we decided that perhaps the best thing to do would be to reinstall. When we go to Google Play Store we are now informed that the version is not compatible with her tablet. I have also tried to back install a previous version but to no avail. I thought that perhaps she could still log into her meetings via her internet browser (she has samsung internet and Mozilla Firefox), however we can only get her to the meeting information then it comes up and asks if she wants to call in (telephone only) or use an installed app. It does not give her the option to choose the browser (although it does on my tablet). Tried to do this via Firefox (new install) as it was listed as being supported for Webex but can only get to the same place before being told that apparently Firefox is not supported. It is really difficult as I live in South Wales and she is 6 hours drive away in England so trying to sort this out over the phone. She is becoming increasingly upset as we can't find any way to get a working version of Webex on her tablet so is missing alot of her meetings. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN
