A client gets the notification that her video can't be shown.
We followed the link below but all other programs using the webcam were closed.
The problem applies to both her phone and her laptop.
Her account settings seem to be fine.

How can we solve this problem?
The attached screenshot is in dutch but says:
'start my video'
Your video can't be shown. Make sure your camera is shared in your browser en is not used in other features and try again'

Might this be a permissions problem.
Have you checked so the user has given Webex access?

Where can I find these options?
you can still grant permissions in your device's System Preferences > Security & Privacy. Go to the Privacy tab, and in the Screen Recording section, enable Cisco Webex Meeting .
