Attendees can't view content with 4K resolution in Webex Training

We have been using WebEx Training Center for years, but a new issue has cropped up. Some, no all, attendees are receiving the message "The presenter is sharing content with 4K resolution, but you can't view it in the web app. Do you want to switch to the desktop app so you can view the shared content?". We advise them to download the WebEx app, but it does not fix their issue. We share a monitor with the content when we run our sessions, and our settings are not set to 4K resolution. Any ideas?

our platform is having the same issue on events and trainings. Our process hasn't changed, and only certain users in an event will report it, but there's often no solution except to change entire computers which isn't realistic considering our events are timed with highly specific attendance details for regulations.
