We have been using WebEx Training Center for years, but a new issue has cropped up. Some, no all, attendees are receiving the message "The presenter is sharing content with 4K resolution, but you can't view it in the web app. Do you want to switch to the desktop app so you can view the shared content?". We advise them to download the WebEx app, but it does not fix their issue. We share a monitor with the content when we run our sessions, and our settings are not set to 4K resolution. Any ideas?
