canceling training sessions

When I attempted to start a class session this morning, I (again) got a training session (probably a holdover from my personal training this summer).  I want to cancel the training session options that might still be installed in WEBEX.  How do I do this?  The delay is annoying for students.  I'd like to resolve this by Thursday night Oct. 8 if possible.  Can someone advise me?

Hi Mark - I am probably late for this, but I don't quite understand the issue.  For this type of thing I would call support and let them know you don't know where to cancel or delete a scheduled Webex meeting.  If its open, it won't let you.  Sometimes we set sessions to allow attendees in early that opens the session, hence we can't cancel it.  1-866-229-3239 is the 24 hour support number.
