Cisco WebEx Training desktop app crashing within seconds of starting.

The WebEx Training app is crashing every single time within seconds of launching. It states

 C0000005 [ACCESS_VIOLATION], Caused by Read from location 000109AC

I've tried restarting, reinstalling but nothing seems to work. The web app does work, but media sharing does not work there. Is there a solution for this, please?
