If I have my camera off (which I usually do), and share my screen, when I stop sharing my camera automatically turns on. This is not at all a good thing - I have it off for a reason!

High-definition video is automatically turned off during application, desktop, and streaming media sharing. It is automatically turned on again when those functions end.
How do I get WebEx to just respect that my camera is turned OFF?
