recording password no longer visible

When accessing older recordings it prompts that a password might be needed, but does not show the password.  The copy button is active, and until that is clicked, the View Recording button is not active.  Once copy is clicked and the View Recording button is clicked, it prompts for password.  When pasting (with the hope that the password was there) the password does not get entered correctly (it was last thing in the clipboard prior to the action).

How does one retrieve the video or remove the password requirement?

 

I am the instructor of the class but still need a password.

I had this problem as well, I don't know why.  I figured out that if you log into WebEx directly that you can open the recording and change the password to whatever you want.
