Sharing Reports

Is there a way to give other users access to reports of trainings I created/scheduled? Currently, when a report is needed, we depend on the scheduler to generate the report. Wondering if there is a setting to give access to my report to other admins.

Hello pnico! 

Only Webex Site Admins can pull attendee reports of other hosts, not users that are only host level.  

Registration data is only viewable to the scheduling host and Alternate, but actual registration data found in 'Reports" is only the scheduling host.  

You could designate one host to do all the scheduling and invite those that are required to run the sessions as the the alternate host, that way all the reportable data in accessible under one user account.
