Training Center - PowerPoint Embeded Video Audio and Slide Animations

How do I allow for embedded video audio when a Power Point file is shared? I saw there was a recording about the discussion about optimization - but, i couldn't understand the dicussion. I have not been able to find it on my own. 

Also, the same with Power Point slide animations? Will that work with the optimation function as well? Training Center, Webex Training

The Optimize for video and sound is not supported in Webex Training (previously called Training Center)  If you use Webex Meetings and Share your PowerPoint using Share screen or Application, you can choose the optimize for video and sound.

So our only options to share audio embedded in a PPT are Webex Meeting (which doesn't appear to have a registration feature) or Webex Events?  (Why this feature is not supported in Webex Training is beyond me...)  Thanks!
