I've just updated my macbook software to big sur and the video option has vanished. I check Apple preferences and the permissions are fine but I've noticed that the video box in the webex preferences (tools to use) in unchecked. I've tried checking it but it seems to uncheck itself. I've used the Webex uninstaller to remove webex and re-install but no luck there.
Any ideas how to work around this? THanks
