Webex Training - failure of temporary application

Hi All - hoping you can help with Webex Training

When using google chrome some of my users receive a failure to download the temporary application file so they cannot join.

Any ideas? Image attached.

Hi Emma,

Not sure I have a solution to the error, but are your users able to add the WebEx web app as an extension within Chrome. That is what I did on one of my laptops and I no longer get prompted with that page. I know that may not work for everyone, especially if users' computers are managed by their organization, but I can say that was a solution for me.
