Hi. Planning to run a quiz session in WebEx Training with teams competing against each other. A presenter will read out the questions or show a slide, each team need to discuss and then submit an answer. I thought this would be simple mmmmmm....
My first option was to use Break Out rooms, to allow for the each team to discuss in private. However doing this apparently means I cannot speak to or share to all breakout groups simultaneously as a presenter?
My second option was to allow each group to use private messaging. However apparently participants cannot group message, it is either to one person or everyone?
Can someone help me out with a solution- there must be a way to do this??!!
