Hi Belinda - This depends on how your account was provisioned. If it was created by integrating your companies directory, then probably not. If not, you can sign in to your Webex site, click on your name (top right) and choose Profile > edit my profile. Keep in mind its not a secondary alias, you are actually changing your name, so there might be meetings where you'd want to change it back.
