As background:
I did an event recently. The most optimal way to play video into the event was by share file. It streamed OK, the event ran smoothly. In accessing the recording now, the video doesn't show it has a holding screen referencing shared file format not supported.
Also, the video became interactive, I had control over maximising presenters video when there was content share. As I remember from old versions. Previously, I'd have used the Webex Editor and exported to MP4. This is encoded already and appears mis-formatted (content only) when downloaded and played though VLC and WMP.
My thoughts:
This appears to be because of changing to non-video centric. Which isn't ideal.
My questions:
- How best should I re-encode the file to show file share, content and presenters video?
- how am I best to share video into a recorded event optimally and not change the recording?
I have scoured the forums and web looking for solutions to no avail.
