Co-host start a Live Stream?

We're experimenting with Live Streaming meetings, and thought that the original scheduler, the current Host and the current Co-Host could all start the Live Stream. Today in testing that was not the case. Is it possible to let all three of these roles get access to starting the Live Stream?

Thank you for finding the article, but our co-hosts do not see the option until someone hands over the Host role. We tested it again this morning to make sure.
