Luis is a Multiservice Escalation Engineer at Cisco's Global Technical Assistance Center (TAC), where he has been part of the team since 2019. Focused on troubleshooting and managing critical situations related to Cisco collaboration technology. During his time at Cisco TAC, he has contributed to projects involving the delivery and dissemination of knowledge about CUBE, Cisco Local Webex, and Webex Calling, as well as providing internal training focused on promoting this technology.

Swaati Srinivasan: Webex Calling Technical Consulting Engineer 

With over six years at Cisco's Global Technical Assistance Center (TAC), Swaati has been dedicated to resolving customer issues while bridging technical gaps. Since transitioning to Webex Calling in 2023, she has developed expertise in troubleshooting complex problems and optimizing workflows for both customers and engineers. Swaati collaborates closely with engineering teams, channeling feedback from customers and TAC engineers to enhance product quality. She has also contributed to projects focused on delivery and knowledge transfer related to Cloud Collaboration products and Webex Calling.
