Hoping someone here has a suggestion/solution for me. I host Webex Webinars monthly. I hosted one at the end of April which required registration (no problems there). The day of the presentation when individuals who registered (automatically approved so no issues there either) tried to join many of them received an access forbidden message. They are using the link to the webinar that was emailed to them upon registration. Out of 100+ attendees this is affecting around 30. We all work for the same company. Any ideas are appreciated as we have another event today.
