In EVENTS, I shared a video and could not get the audio to work, it works fine in Meetings, is there something I need to do?

I clicked the Recording button at the beginning of an event. But when the recording came through only a portion of the event is showing. I have no idea what happened. Is there some kind of backup on WebEx?

I'm able to Upload a Profile Picture which shows in my Personal Room and WebEx Meetings. But for WebEx events, it reverts to my initials. The file is 720x720 pixels and less than 5megs. Really frustrating esp as host. Any advice would be appreciated.
