Hello!

With Events you can use the Q&A panel which threads responses with the question.  You can also have multiple Panelists answering, this is a plus if you'd like to have WRITTEN Q&A.

The only issue might be "Video Presentation". If you are sharing a video via desktop, its best to use Meetings and share using "optimize for motion and video"

Open up a test session in wither one and walk through what you plan on doing to see what might be the better fit.  You can always attend our Overview classes here: https://help.webex.com/landing/onlineclasses/upcomingClass/Working-Remotely

There are recordings here: https://help.webex.com/landing/onlineclasses/previousClass/Webex-Events#Overview-of-Webex-Events

And here are some resources that provide comparison info:

So does the newly purchased Events option just show up as an option when setting up a meeting or is there a different site to login before we see the Events option?

On the same site, under schedule meeting, you will see a drop down that gives you two options:

* Schedule a Meeting
* Schedule an Event

Hope this helps.
