modify email templates in Webex events

Hello,

i cannot find how to modify my email templates for webex events.

I have just bought this system and organizing just now my first events, however it looks the edit function of the template is not available to me...

This feature may not be enabled to new accounts, if you contact your CSM (Customer Success Manager) they can get it enabled for you.

Cisco's Distributor in Vietnam said it's not available for new account? We choice Webex event because this feature. I don't know Who's CSM Vietnam. (We buy vnconference.webex.com 3years, Novartisvietnam.webex.com). Edit email template is necessary feature with me.

Hello,

just login to "https://yoursite.webex.com" and on the bottom left click on Webex Events.
There you have an option on the left called Email Templates
