presentation slides doesn't move during sharing a presentation.

when I host an event and the panelist start sharing his presentation and moving through the slides, the participants don't see that he is moving through the slides they only see the first slide of the presentation.

I don't know why it does this every time and for me as a host sometimes it work well and sometimes it share the first slide only too.

which operating system (Windows or Mac) do you use and how do you share (entire screen or application)?
Does it makes a difference if you share the entire screen or just the application?
Which application do you use for the presentation? (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint, or something else?)

Thank you for your reply. and for the answers of your question :

1. I'm using Windows

2. as a panelist the only available option to share is "Share file" the other options aren't activated ( I don't why also ) so share screen isn't applicable .

3.  tried both pdf and PowerPoint

In Event mode you have to be presenter then you can share screen or other application in windows .

Hi Lina,

I have had this problem also when using "Share File" - it usually affects only one or two participants. If they rejoin the meeting, it fixes the problem in the short term, but it would be nice to know the root cause and get it fixed.
