Hello,
I am looking for the opportunity to move a panellist (none active speaker) into a lobby.
I have seen this function in a personal room, but how about in Webex Events, is it possible as well? If yes, how?
Our scenario, we will arrange a webinar with more than 150 participants, we do have 5 panellist, but one them would join later. And he is someone from external parties, he should NOT see and hear anything before his turn.
I have found the 'lock meeting' function, which could work as well, but, for him it will show that something wrong with the access, right?
Thanks in advance for your kind advices..

Hi - you can use the practice room in Events, it will move all panelists into a separate room for prep and when it is start time, end the practice room. You can start the practice room by going to "Event" tab inside the session.

Unfortunately there is no Lobby feature in Webex Events. To use the lobby, it would have to be in Webex Meetings
