Remote Camera Control on Telepresence Units?

On the newer Telepresence screens/units, can the cameras be controlled remotely? I know they are auto sensing when participants are in the room. Demos are done without anyone physically being in the room sometimes. Curious if there are options / way to control the camera, left to right, up / down as well as zoom in and out, etc. with any type of Telepresence Unit currently?

Yes, you can control the camera remotely.  The easiest way is via the Web UI.  It requires a remote monitoring license so you can view the camera, which is low cost.  The part number is L-KIT-RM.  You can also control the camera via the CLI, if you can determine the preset positions in advance.  See "Camera Commands" section.

Thanks for the information - very helpful! I assume this applies to any Telepresence series (MX800 specifically?)

Yes, that's correct.
