Video Resolution on Webex Webinars to 1080p.

I have some events/meetings where I need to use an external device as a video input to my camera on webex with a resolution of 1080p. however, the maximum resolution I can choose on my Webex account is always 720. 

Any thoughts on how I can increase it to 1080p or even higher to 4K?

Good day. In addition to HD video being enabled on the organization admin side, you also need to have a PC that supports 1080p.

Hi. I have an update to my original reply.  I learned that additionally, your Webex site must be enabled for 1080p.  In order to do this, submit a request to your CSM.
