WebEx Event main speaker

I am using WebEx Events for a series of lectures. We have three or four people in the panelist section (captioning, host, speaker) for each event and when the event is recorded, the boxes of all panelists are showing, even if their video is off. Is there a way to make the speaker's video full screen and the others either disappear or show up as smaller windows along the top (microfilm view) for both the attendees and the recording?

Assuming you are on the video 2.0 platform (Events is not there yet for most of us), it should certainly be possible to modify your recording layout, but is something you specify for the meeting host's recording preferences and not per meeting. You may need to consider if you can host your Event on the Webex Meetings platform instead.
