Webex Events: GDPR complaiance, terms and conditions and URL after events

We want our customers to register for our Webex events and we also record the events. This also means that we need to ensure complaiance with data protection regulations. How can we achieve this with Webex Events?

Removing the limitation in the sourvey questions would be a good start. Also letting us put our terms and conditions somewhere is necessary. Also: please remove the pop up that comes before the Destination URL after event and the Destination URL after registration opens and just put that information in the terms of conditions. We had an event with over 100 people and nobody reached our feedback survey because the pop up with the huge warning sign scares people off.

From what we see in Webex, we do not know how we should move into the future. Is Webex Events about to be discontinued? Please tell us if this is the case. We need solutions to our problems.

You can contact your Customer Success Manager to whitelist the domains you need so they do not trigger a warning.

No it is not. It is also scheduled for a UI refresh.

Achieving GDPR compliance is something you can discuss with your Cisco partner. Webex is however GDPR compliant and does have terms and conditions in meeting invites and on the web pages. If you want to add yours, this comes extra and does not change if Webex, the product is GDPR compliant.
