We use WebEx Events to host meetings.
I had an experienced WebEx panelist state that recently (last few weeks) they have been coming into the event as a panelist (I confirmed they are indeed a panelist) and they are unable to access or unmute themselves and instead see this broadcast type button.
On my end as the host, I have been unmuting their microphone for them and then after that it isn't a problem but why is this happening all of a sudden?
I do have the option selected to allow for broadcasting audio for call- in users but no other option sounds applicable.
I also checked my preferences and I do have the option toggled that allows people to unmute themselves.
Anyone know what is happening here?
