Core Issue:
A possible reason for the error message is that the client name is already deleted from the database.
The exact message looks similar to this:

Resolution:
When you try to delete the user from the database entry of the WiSM you get this error message. Try one of the steps below
- As a workaround Change the external identity of the client, but this would make the client to loose anonymous authentication, gained with EAP-FAST or PEAP methods.
- Reboot the device
- Upgrade the version of the Module
