Core Issue
An attempt was made to run a link test, but the IP address of the access point (AP) or other wireless device with which to test the radio frequency (RF) link was not specified.
Resolution
In the Link Test screen's IP Address of Access Point field, enter the IP address of the AP or other wireless device with which you want to test the RF link. For more information on this error, please refer to the section on Error Messages in Aironet troubleshooting guide.
Note: Dont click on the Default button when running the Link Test. Because it blanks out the IP address.
