Resolution

To view the port statistics from the Graphical User Interface (GUI) on Cisco IOS -based Access Points (APs), select Network Interfaces from the left side menu. The Network Interfaces: Summary page appears. This page lists the available interfaces on the AP and their current status. This page also provides information on interface resets, transmit and receive statistics. For more detailed information on specific ports on the AP, click on the appropriate link to the interface. The Network Interfaces: Fast Ethernet Statistics page provides information on the port configuration, interface statistics (transmit and recieve statistics), and error statistics.Port statistics can also be captured through the Command Line Interface (CLI). Issue the show interface command from the CLI on the AP. This command also provides statistics similar to the GUI.

For port statistics information on an AP running VxWorks, refer to the Network Ports Page section of Cisco Aironet 350 Series Diagnostics and Troubleshooting. The table found in that section lists information about the AP's Ethernet and radio ports.
