Resolution

If you receive a Bad CRC in File FLASH:XXXXXXXX message, reload the firmware by following the steps found in the documents below.

If these procedures fail or if you continue to see the error message, this indicates a hardware fault in the AP, which must be replaced.

To replace the AP, contact the reseller from whom you purchased the AP. If you purchased the AP directly from Cisco, contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC).  The AP must be under warranty, or must be covered by an appropriate service contract.
